Service Description

This Vodafone Business Red SIM Only plan comes with international minutes & Qantas points.

Get priority care from Red Care team when you call 1555 from your mobile phone when in OZ. Your Red Care team will handle the bulk of your needs during operating hours, and may transfer to specialist teams where appropriate.

International Inclusions

This Plan includes 1000 standard international minutes from Australia to 12 selected destinations and Unlimited standard International TXT, PXT, video PXT and PXT with TXT.

It's also loaded with a bundle of standard international minutes so you can call from Australia to friends and family in selected countries overseas.

Features & Benefits

First Month Unlimited Data

New customers signing up to 12 and 24 month plans are eligible for one month of unlimited data. Use as much data as you like in the first month with no excess data charges. For first billing month any additional data usage within Australia will be free. If you perform a Rate Plan Change during the Data Workout Period, your eligibility ceases & additional data fees will apply.

$5 Roaming

International Roaming is automatically active on this plan. It lets you use the data, call and TXT inclusions of your plan for an extra $5 per day in eleigible countries. Plus, if you’re travelling to New Zealand, $5 Roaming is free. If you travel anywhere else in the world you will be charged Pay-As-You-Go rates. You can deactivate roaming at any time by visiting myvodafone.com.au or call 1555.

Network Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re a new customer signing up to a plan and aren’t satisfied within the first 30 days, you can cancel. Vodafone will refund any monthly access fees and monthly handset instalments you’ve paid. Just return your device in its original packaging within 10 days of your claim, and you will only have to pay for excess usage charges, or charges for services that aren’t included in your plan.

First month unlimited data: The best way to check the end date for your one month of unlimited data is through My Vodafone. This excludes Business Shared Infinite, Business Flex, Red Business Shared and Red Business Grow plans.
