To use this network you must first purchase and activate a Woolworths Mobile Pre-paid sim pack and can then recharge as required. At the end of 30 days any unused inclusions will be forfeited (or if you recharge early). International roaming and premium services are not available.
Woolworths Pre-paid Mobile currently offers $15, $20, $30 or $45 recharge options, each with a 30 day expiry. The recharge you purchase gives you credit as included value that can be used for calls and data before it expires.
Woolworths Rewards members who recharge in store with their Everyday Rewards card get 10% off Woolworths Pre-paid Mobile recharge (excludes Tasmania).
One-time Add-Ons provide flexibility when you need extra for one billing period only. You can choose Data, International or National Calls Add-ons when required. Unused Included value and data will be forfeited. You must have valid credit on your Woolworths Mobile Pre-paid to purchase any Woolworths Mobile Add-on.
You’ll receive SMS usage alerts to your compatible device within 24 hours of reaching 50%, 85% or 100% of your Included Value and Data Allowance or Add-On Pack(s) allowance. These SMS will not contain an unsubscribe facility
