If you haven't yet picked up your Galaxy Note8, you've now got a new, true-blue colour option.
Samsung has announced that its stellar flagship phablet is now available in Deep Sea Blue. Aside from the change in hue, the newest version of the Note8 includes all the features you'll find in the existing Midnight Black and Maple Gold colourways, including the gorgeous Infinity Display, updated dual lens camera, and S Pen stylus.
The Deep Sea Blue Note8 also includes IP68 water and dust resistance, a 6.3-inch display, a powerful Exynos 8895 processor, and a 3300mAh battery. You'll also get 6GB of RAM, plus 64GB of expandable storage, and a bunch of exciting new software features thanks to Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
In terms of pricing, the Deep Sea Blue Note8 will retail for $1499 outright. This is the same price you'll pay for the currently-available black and gold versions of the premium device, and you can team your blue Note8 with compatible Samsung accessories including the Gear VR, Gear 360, and Gear wearables.
Unfortunately, the new, blue Note8 is currently listed as 'out of stock' at Samsung's official Aussie web store, but there's good news: it will also be available in brick-and-mortar Samsung stores across the country. You won't be able to buy a Deep Sea Blue Note8 on contract from your telco, but you can buy it outright from Samsung and pair it with any BYO phone or SIM-only plan (such as those listed below).
